BUILDING MAINTENANCE:  Paul Gillis
Ansul system has been inspected. Inspector indicated a Type K extinguisher be available in addition to the regular ABC type. When we get a letter from the Fire Department indicating the need for this to meet code, we will contact Forish to furnish this item. Motion made, seconded and approved to have Paul purchase pads for chair legs. Cost approximately $46.00 and to write letter to Brian Johnson requesting Bituminous concrete top material on the parking lot to prevent break-up of chip seal from winter conditions. He indicated that this could come from chapter 90 funds.

KITCHEN MAINTENANCE: Don Sanders
Ansul system found to be o.k. by the inspector but that we were in non compliance without a K class extinguisher. If a fire did happen under the top of the grill the ansul system would not work, need type K. Approval given to purchase new glass coffee pots and basket.
